SCANCODE SYSTEMS PURCHASES SHIPMENT COMMANDER FROM NOVATMS (formerly LogTech)

(formerly LogTech) all rights and intellectual property of Shipment Commander, it was announced today by Ned Atalla, President and CEO of Scancode.
