Joel Leetzow, Vice President Business Development

Since 1990 Joel Leetzow has been instrumental in shaping the future of supply chain automation with hundreds of projects to his credit and an ongoing commitment to solid technology, industry leadership and exceptional customer service. As the Vice President Business Development, Joel is responsible for the overall management, product direction and sales and marketing strategy for the company. He is also in charge of developing strategic channels and partnership programs with re-sellers and carriers.

Prior to Scancode, Joel was Founder, Chairman and Partner of a collaborative software start-up PulseOne Solutions Group, where he established a strong customer base through organic growth, assisted in the design and deployment of the latest fourth generation shipping software, developed an intricate OEM / carrier network and set up the industry’s first SaaS pricing model. Before that, Joel aided many logistics industries giants through their most spirited growth including Evcor, Varsity Logistics, Kewill and Agile-Networks.

Kim Paré, Vice President Finance

Kim Paré plays a pivotal role in contributing to Scancode’s continued growth. He brings to Scancode over 20 years of experience in financial and general management positions.  In addition to overseeing all finance and accounting functions, he assumes management of the administrative roles while continuing to build on the company’s infrastructure and support functions to ensure peak performance.

Kim has in-depth experience in technology and manufacturing with a broad range of public and private industry experience.  He has worked with several companies to steer them through periods of exponential growth. Kim’s most recent experience was as Vice President Finance for a luxury motor yacht manufacturer.  Prior to this, Kim worked in the technology sector as CFO of a bioremediation company and as the Vice President and General Manager for the Canadian division of a US publicly traded software company. Kim is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University.

Bob Parker, Vice President Client Services

Bob Parker joined Scancode in 1997 and is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of Scancode Products to the Customer base. His team is composed of industry experienced Project Managers, Call Centre Specialists and Customer Care technicians.

Prior to Scancode, Bob was the top Logistics Sales Consultant in Canada with Pitney Bowes in 1995/96.  Bob also held various positions with Ontario Hydro over a 10 year career.   During his tenure at Ontario Hydro, Bob completed his CNE designation.  Bob is a graduate from Georgian College and York University.

Joe Mallozzi, Vice President Transportation Management Solutions

Joe Mallozzi is responsible for driving growth and leading the efficient operation of the company’s sales force including direct sales, channel partners and value added resellers. He also oversees the overall corporate brand and identity of Scancode including product marketing and communications. As a certified P.Log Executive, Joe is well respected and a leading consultant in the field of operational and logistical improvements with Fortune 1000 companies.

Prior to Scancode, Joe was President & CEO of Francotyp-Postalia Canada where his leadership and industry experience generated significant growth in sales and profitability during his tenure. Joe also held numerous management positions with the TD Bank and Pitney Bowes. His educational background includes, Computer Programming, e-commerce and Business Administration.

Michael French, Director Engineering

With over 13 years of experience designing and delivering logistics software solutions, Michael French is responsible for leading Scancode’s new and emerging technology initiatives. His team uses the Microsoft .Net framework to deliver a rich user experience to the interfaces that connect with Scancode’s powerful server components.

Prior to Scancode, Michael served as the Vice President of Technology and Development for PulseOne Solutions Group, where he led the development and deployment of both on-premise and service-oriented logistics products. Before that, Michael was a Principal Software Architect at Kewill Solutions North America, leading initiatives for their next-generation products and services. Michael holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Lee Jasper, National Account Executive

Lee Jasper is responsible for servicing many of Scancode’s flagship accounts and also provides WMS expertise to the Account Manager force. Lee joined Scancode in 1996 and has been instrumental in growing the customer base and has helped Scancode become the market leader they are today.

Prior to Scancode, Lee has been involved in Transportation/Warehouse Management sales and consulting for over 15 years.
