Position Summary

As the Channel Partner Manager, you will be responsible for driving Scancode’s API installations within the ERP and VAR channels.   You will manage the sales cycle while providing detailed technical knowledge of all Scancode solutions and services to ERP providers, VAR’s and their customers.  This position represents a unique opportunity for an individual with a technical background to focus on sales and account management.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Develop new and existing partnerships in this market segment.
• Articulate Scancode’s strategy and value proposition to Channel Partner sales and technical teams as well as their account base.
• Establish annual revenue targets for each Channel Partner which includes designing tools and methodologies to facilitate their success.
• Increase partners’ proficiency, knowledge and sales of Scancode’s software solutions/modules.
• Create and execute on a business plan to achieve your goals.
• Some travel is required.

Recommended Skills

• Prior experience in technical pre-sales of software platforms or end to end solutions in medium to large enterprises.
• Excellent technical skills and strong analytical and diagnostics skills.
• Experience with interfacing to one or more of the following ERP applications: SAP, Oracle, Great Plains, AccPac, Best Software-MAS Series, Syspro, and Infor are required.
• Technical knowledge on firewalls, proxies and general network infrastructures.
• 3+ years of IT solutions sales.
• Channel Management experience and/or sales account management in a similar discipline.
• Solid presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external clients through all available mediums.
• Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize sales opportunities.
• Results-driven with proven ability to sell and project a positive, professional attitude.
